LV Enterprise is a complex and highly configurable application for quality control and sample management in a regulated environment. It is an 80 million annual revenue business in the pharmaceutical, biotech, academic & research, molecular diagnostic labs, clinical labs and manufacturing labs.

MY Role: From Nov 2014-Feb 2016, working as the first and solo UX/UI designer, I reported to VP Product and worked closely with product managers and R&D team, and collaborated with cross functional teams ranging from professional service, business analyst to sales.

Deliverables: Desigined a MVP of a Biobanking marketplace. Launched LabVantage 8 to the market. From UX to UI Design, I conducted usability review, drew sketches, whiteboards, created wireframe, design spec, and icon design.

Results: I conducted UX survey to measure success on UX, and the result was 5.73 out of 7 with a standard deviation of 0.93, which is very accurate and extremely positive. Interview highlight:“ We are really excited about what we are seeing so far. The interface looks cleaner, easier to navigate - Mayo Clinic".
