Glamsquad is an on-demand, in-home beauty service that sends stylists straight to clients through an iOS app and a web app.

My Role: In 2016, working as a product designer at Glamsquad, I was in charge of designing a new internal web app and a mobile app from scratch, including features such as availability search and calendar view. I also redesigned a client-facing mobile app and assisted a senior UX consultant to conduct qualitative research, user testing, and data tracking. Often I was asked to help on some marketing designs, such as landing a partnership with Dyson, KPI data visualization, and drawing the design on the whole wall purely by my hand quickly. The entire company was impressed by my design and drawing.

Achievement: Designed the referral program for user acquisition, increased the conversion rate greatly from 27% to 68% and it stayed this range for a month.
